AARP TEXAS STRONGLY OPPOSES HB4220

AARP Texas has been a voice of reason, talking to the media and calling attention to this egregious piece of legislation that contradicts the intent and letter of federal law and legislation as it applies to the Long-term Care Ombudsman Program. AARP Texas will HOPEFULLY have more influence with the Texas House than we have had in letting them know how very harmful this bill is.
